Positive: Rooms are clean and spacious. Rooms service was also good. The AC was excellent and the pool view was great.
Negative: We arrived at 4 pm and rooms were not ready yet and the check in process was slow. I also asked for crib which never came. They didn’t clean the room in our second night although I put the sign. I stayed at quark for 5 nights one of the nights i called the reception five times and they didn’t answer. In addition, there was a car blocking our car and we asked them to do something but they told us they can’t do anything. Uncomfortable beds and pillows.

Negative: The hotel is very basic . The quality is not that much .. the swimming pools are not clean , the breakfast is very simple ..

Positive: We really liked our spacious suite, which had two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a living room, and a walk-in closet. The breakfast and dinner restaurant was very good, and the pool area was a perfect place to relax during the hot summer days.
Negative: The hotel's location is rather remote, surrounded by several abandoned hotel buildings, which gives the area a somewhat desolate feel. It's a bit of a distance from the center of Milan, and due to the intense summer heat, we opted for a taxi instead of walking 15 minutes to the nearest tram stop. A taxi ride to the city center typically costs between €15 and €25, depending on traffic. That said, we had some truly lovely moments by the pool, enjoying refreshing drinks from the poolside bar. We also had a fantastic time exploring the heart of Milan, especially the iconic Duomo Cathedral, which was a real highlight of our trip.
